After you buy PS Vita you are going to want to open the box almost immediately. As soon as you open the box, you are going to be pleased. The device looks absolutely stunning in person. The moment you place your hands on the device, you will realize that it is a premium product. Sony did a great job with the device. It’s a great looking product. It reminded me about the time I first opened up the box of the original PSP. I love the layout. The only problem that I have with it is that the buttons are too close by to the right joystick. I found that while hitting the X button, I would accidentally hit the right joystick. I am not sure if this will always happen. It might just take some getting used to. I think that eventually I will be able to adapt to the layout.

Thursday, February 9th, 2012According to the news, a man from Klamath had to be rushed to the hospital immediately after the authorities responded to an accident scene last Wednesday.
The crash took place on Highway 101 when the 34-yar-old pedestrian stepped into the path of a 2003 Dodge Caravan. The official reports from the California Highway Patrol reveal that the accident occurred around 9:43 in the evening and left the pedestrian seriously injured.

Toyota Executive’s Leaked Email May Land Company in Hot Water

As a San Bernardino car accident lawyer, I feel it’s important to bring this news to you so you can keep up to date with the latest happenings and, as a result, be armed with the facts when it comes to keeping your family safe.
A report has hit the internet which shows an internal email sent by a Toyota executive speaking about the need for those in the company to temper their statements made about the incident. In the email, which was written in 2010, this executive wrote that statements had been made by those at Toyota which weren’t necessarily untruthful but that seemed to be made because of their appeal to the public.
The incident in question, for those that are unaware, began due to the tendency of some Toyota vehicles to accelerate without input from their driver. This unintended acceleration resulted in a recall of 8 million vehicles and nearly $50 million in fines from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
This isn’t the first time an email from a Toyota executive made waves. The company’s vice president of environment and public affairs had earlier drafted a memo which came down on Toyota for not responding quickly enough to the unintended acceleration issue. This memo, which months later was made public, was issued five days before Toyota issued a pedal recall that affected 2.9 million vehicles.
It will be interesting to see how this issue all shakes out, and I’m sure there will be many more twist and turns as times goes on.
